Xentek Motorsport are celebrating another superb hat-trick of class wins in the Porsche Sprint Challenge GB, as Hannah Chapman put in a dominant performance in her home event at Knockhill this past weekend (16/17 August).
The South Yorkshire team enjoyed a sensational weekend of racing at the Scottish circuit with their Mairon Motorsport Management backed drivers Chapman and Sam Harvey, with the former’s dominant class success being backed up by a superb overall podium finish from Harvey,
Chapman headed into her home event at the Fife circuit determined to continue her phenomenal season in the CS AM class, having impressively secured five wins and eight podium finishes from the opening nine races of the campaign.
The Millers Oils Brand Ambassador was second fastest in class during free practice on Friday, though that proved to be the last time in the event she wouldn’t be atop the timesheets. A superb performance in qualifying on Saturday saw her secure class pole position by almost half a second.
She converted pole into a truly dominant drive in race one that afternoon, leading every lap on her way to a 20-second win. Initially dropping to second at the start of race two on Sunday, a superb move around the outside into the first corner regained her the advantage and secured her a second win.

Chapman saved the best until last, with her most impressive performance coming in the weekend finale. Proving untouchable to her class rivals, she completed her victory hat-trick with a remarkable 42-second winning margin to further increase her CS AM championship lead.
Harvey meanwhile was full of confidence heading to Knockhill, having scored his maiden podium finishes in the headline RS PRO class in the previous round at Oulton Park. The Ginetta graduate immediately put himself in the mix for more silverware in Scotland, qualifying second overall.
The West Midlands-based racer, who finished less than half a tenth of a second shy of pole, impressively ran second throughout the opening race. He piled pressure on the leader for the majority of the close-fought contest, only dropping off his tail after being blocked by a lapped backmarker.
With a third podium of the season under his belt, the reigning CS PRO class vice-champion put in two more strong performances on Sunday to secure a pair of top six finishes. Those results ensure he remains in the top five of the championship heading into the final six races of the season.

Sarah-Jayne McKenna – Xentek Motorsport Team Manager: “As a team, we hadn’t raced at Knockhill for a few years, so it was fantastic to enjoy such a successful return to Scotland. Hannah and Sam were on top form on track, while our team members did a superb job behind-the-scenes to give them the cars to succeed with.
“This was a special event for Hannah at her home circuit, and she certainly delivered for her supporters and sponsors. Without a doubt this was her best performance of the season so far with three utterly dominant race wins, and we couldn’t be prouder of her.
“Sam did a fantastic job as well. He was so close to a maiden pole position, and then his drive in the opening race, pressuring the leader, was brilliant. His pace deserved more silverware on Sunday and while it didn’t quite go his way, it takes nothing away from another standout performance.”
The 2025 Porsche Sprint Challenge GB season continues next month (20/21 September) with three races at Silverstone. Prior to that, Xentek Motorsport will be back on track this weekend (23/24 August) at Brands Hatch for the next round of the Ginetta campaign.
